Eden Hazard issues Chelsea FC ultimatum ahead of transfer window – report

Eden Hazard has told Chelsea FC that he will leave the club if they do not secure Champions League football for next season, according to reports in Spain.

Spanish outlet Don Balon, as quoted by the Daily Star, is reporting that the Belgian international will consider his future at Stamford Bridge if the Blues fail to finish in the top four.

Chelsea FC are currently in fifth place in the Premier League table and facing an uphill battle to try and get into the Champions League spots before the season is out.

The west London side will take on Tottenham Hotspur in a crunch clash against the Lilywhites at Stamford Bridge in their next Premier League game on 1 April.

According to the same story, Hazard has told Chelsea FC that he will leave Stamford Bridge to sign for Real Madrid this summer if the Blues fail to qualify for the Champions League.

The same story says that the Spanish side have made signing the 27-year-old from Chelsea FC their top priority ahead of the summer transfer window.

Hazard has been in decent form for Chelsea FC this season after missing the start of the campaign with an ankle injury, scoring 15 goals in all competitions.

Chelsea FC take on Leicester City in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday afternoon.
