Shocking- Chelsea Will Allow This Star To Leave The Club

Alvaro Morata arrived from Real Madrid to Chelsea at a club record fee of an astonishing £65 million but has not had a great debut season. Although the Spaniard has managed to score 14 goals and notch up 6 assists so far, Morata has not had the impact many of the Chelsea faithful were expecting when he arrived at Stamford Bridge.

The defending Premier League champions are currently in 5th place on the table and will struggle to make it into the top 4 to qualify for the Champions League. There is also talk of manager Antonio Conte being sacked at the end of the season and the latest rumour floating around the club is the plan to let go of striker Alvaro Morata.

After Morata’s poor run of form, he did manage to score against local rivals Tottenham Hotspur, but Chelsea still lost the game 3-1 at home realistically ending their dream for a top 4 finish. In their next game against West Ham, Morata had two goals ruled out for offside as Chelsea stumbled once again to another draw at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are reportedly frustrated by Morata’s form and the club and fans want the centre-forward out of the club as quickly as possible despite signing him just under 12 months ago. However, there are still plenty of clubs who would love to swoop in for the 25-year-old and Serie A champions Juventus are one of them.

Morata incidentally spent two seasons on loan at Turin and helped the club to a domestic double of the Serie A and Coppa Italia in his two-year spell with the Italian champions.
